What can you expect?

This really is a landing page to give you a little tutorial on what FUSE is.  We want you to know there are Three big things you can expect at FUSE.  The first one is that we would love for you to know that we are going to preach Jesus.  We love Jesus, we believe the Church is all about Jesus, we believe the church is about lifting up the name of Jesus.  And so every time you come to Fuse we're going to talk about that. So you can trust that when you reach out to a friend and invite them to Fuse, they're going to hear about the Gospel every week.  And we want you to know that you can hear that straight form us.  We're going to talk about Jesus.

The second thing we want you to know is that every single week, when you come to FUSE, you can anticipate getting together and lifting up the name of Jesus in worship. Sometimes that’s going be with a little rock flavor, sometimes it’s going be with a little hip-hp flavor, and sometimes it’s going be a little old-school hymn flavor.  We try to mix it up, but at the end of the day it’s all about uniting all of our hearts into one voice and lifting up the name of Jesus in a really cool environment.

The third thing is that we also want to provide an opportunity for you to be apart of a CoreGroup.  We want you to be a part of a conversation with other believers talking about who and what Jesus has done for us.  We want to leverage students into a community conversation gathered around the goodness of Jesus.

What is Fuse?

Fuse is the weekly gathering of the Village Student Ministry.  We're dedicated to providing a place
for students (7th -12th grade) to connect with God, with other students, and with older committed leaders that are dedicated to seeing students grow closer to Christ.

We want to engage and reach youth culture, so Village Church has an environment each week for students to meet Christ and grow closer to Him.

Part of out time together on a Sunday morning as Fuse is spent in large group, where any number of things happens--we study the Scriptures, learn, play, laugh, entertain, focus, and let loose.  The rest of our time is spent in our CoreGroups, where we discuss, share, hang out, and build relationships together.

When Can my student attend Fuse?

If your student just completed 6th grade and will be in 7th grade at the beginning of the '11-112 school year, they may attend Fuse for the first time.
