Trip and Susan Kimball are directors of the Rainbow Village in Dumaguete City, Philippines. Trip and Susan live in Jacksonville, Florida. Trip is a gifted trainer of missionaries. Trip has been called to teach and equip through inductive Bible study, expository teaching, and in various workshops, including the Essential Gospel, leadership development and world missions. He advises and encourages pastors in areas such as administration, discipleship, staff development and oversight, pastoral vision and missions outreach—through mentoring or simply coming alongside as another set of eyes. Trip can be found teaching and training at conferences, in workshops, at retreats and at the local church level.
