Our Mission
Village Youth exists to partner with parents in growing their students and friends as disciples who are delighting in Jesus, declaring the Good News about Jesus, and displaying the life of Jesus. We do this by cultivating a community with three values in mind: Identity, Belonging, and Purpose.
Our Values
Identity
We seek for each of our students to understand what it is to be made in the image of God, and the beauty and joy of having your identity found in the person and work of Jesus.
Belonging
It is our hope that our students would understand our call to belong to a local church to follow Jesus together. We desire that our students would experience strong community and relationships amongst themselves and their leaders.
Purpose
It is our hope that our students would understand their ultimate purpose in life–to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. We labor for each of our students to understand this purpose, and become equipped to live this out.
Our Rhythms
Wednesdays
7:00-8:30pm // Youth Room
On Wednesday nights, we gather to study Scripture, worship through song, and discuss life's tough questions in a supportive environment.
Sundays
9:30am // Main Service
On Sundays, high school students join the main service, allowing them to build strong relationships within the broader church community. Junior High students meet in the Youth Room to study Scripture and the New City Catechism together.
