Mexico Backpack Project: Recap

On Monday evening, our delivery team returned from Mexico and our Christmas backpack project is now complete. 

We want to say THANK YOU to everyone who participated in this project. Here's a quick recap:

1. We set a goal of filling 100 backpacks for children living in a migrant worker camp in Mexico. 

2. We gathered on Wednesday night, December 14th to fill the backpacks and pray for the children. 

3. Our total number was 153 filled backpacks. 

4. Our delivery team headed down on December 18th and spent two days delivering the backpacks door-to-door to each child. 

It was an incredible experience, and we look forward to finding more ways to impact the lives of these people down in Mexico. Check out all the photos from this project:
